Thanks coach

6.6.08 Sq/speed bp

some speed bench off baords

some raw sq's nothing serious

speed pulls

leg curls

shrugs

some bis

had to cram a bounch in today, work 48hours the past two days and I am working another double this weekend.

nothing felt real good today but the speed pulls they were all pretty fast. Only getting 9 hours of sleep the past two days slowed me down a bit.

went well today, wanted to work up into the 80% range. the 545 felt real easy and that would be 80% of 680, which I thought I had the strength to pull about a year ago when my tech went to shit.

Brute I think you were right about the speed pull, my back felt great and my tech was right on today, thanks bro!
