chest supported lat bar rows against green band (Christie Rows....lol), we did these by looping the green band around the up right on the cage then put the lat bar through the double loop. Put the assistance bench in the upright position about 4 feet away and did a row. Really worked the bottom attachment of the lat, especial with a closer grip.

thanks matt, it is right in the attachment so even board press's hurt it right now. i back off and hit it with Ib's and ice last night feels better today just a little sore. I guess I will never be a RAW DOG! LOL. Back to my gear whoring ways next week.
