7.25.09 WABDL Record Breakers Meet

Decided to do this meet last week, when I found out the APF GA state was moved. Just kinda seeing where I am at right now.

bench
warmups went okay nothing special
578 dump almost on my damn head, George and the spotters saved my ass, or my head depending on how you look at it.
595 smoke
611 missed about 1/8" from lock out, really pissed me off! was right there damn it!

Deads
warmups felt good
606 smoke
650 smoke
672 little slower but still moved pretty damn well
700 to the top of my knees, the whole place was going crazy so instead of playing my game and just teching it up I did not push my abs out and as a result got over, should have pulled it no excuses, my fault.

Bench was a PR in my single, that I had not wore in 8 months till last Monday, so fairly happy there, 611 was there just a little short.
Dead was a 11# PR overall and 22# conventional. So happy with that, I know I can pull 700 so that is the goal in the next meet.

lol... i seriously doubt i will have any kind of lead going into deadlift. your squat is strong as an ox. those deadlifts were crazy strong.
