Who has the big pull?????? Last time i checked my deadlift wasn't too bad, when pride is on the line you would be surprised what would be locked out!
All i know is that my workouts are on video.

Video, what does that have to do with anything? last time I checked video did not make you hit a lift. and I would not say I have a big deadlift, it is a work in progress. you really dont have to worry about me any ways, even at the same meet I will play my game, cant control what anybody else does. I am just out to beat my best every time, a little motivation never hurt, but overall I just plan my stuff out meet to meet and tried to make constant progress. Then may be some day I will be fairly good at this game.

Dont know when the next meet is, maybe the Ga state meet, if not that then the Cell Block on Dec 5th

I was thinking about doing that ga meet to, the only problem is that spf has a push pull meet here in t town the next weekend. i really want to squat so i probably will do that meet in ga.
