Nice pullin Matt.

Where you staying? Wife and I are at the Embassy Suites right down the street from the meet site. I had enough points to stay for free due to all the travel I do with work. I think Carter and his wife are at the meet hotel. I am ready to go man...

Staying with the Wife's Aunt and Uncle in Franklin maybe 20-30 min southwest of Nashville. They have two master suits in there home, and we are pretty close to them. So any meet in Nashville I am in! We should try and hook up after weight ins saturday morning.

5.24.08 SPF nationals

Had real good meet, weighted in at 240 even so weight was not an issue.

In the squat warm ups went ok, the last at 715 was a little unstable but no big deal

Opener 810 good

2nd 850 good 25# PR

3rd 870 good 45# PR

Bench

Opener 585 good

2nd 605 5# PR

3rd 625 no good got a little to much shirt

Deads

Opener 605 good

2nd 635 good PR for full meet and pulling conventional, also gave me my first 2100# TOTAL

3rd 650 good 25# PR

Ended up 8 for 9 at 2125# total, only miss was my own damn fault for getting the shirt to low for the weight on the bar. Feel like I left around 65 on the platform. So 2200 is just around the corner. Meet prep really worked well and I would recommend Jon Groves programs to everyone. Was a really fun meet with some great lifting.

will see, may or may not, just did not want to cut weight for this one. I will for a while I can taste a 900# squat. ;) maybe I can get some bench advise form you and have a big bench too.
