my mojo is totally gone! it's said when jon was repping out big weight and then we strip the bar down to 135 for me. everything in my upper body is going to shit right now. atleast my lower body is coming on strong, maybe i'll turn into a squat guy. HA!

cardio 25 minutes on the tredmill finally i dug out my old ab wheel and did 3x15, the ab wheel kicked my ass, and for some reason it made my hurt pec hurt.

block deadlift 135x3 225x3 315x3 405x3 495x2 585x1 675x1 725x0 t bar rows 45x10 90x10 135x5 185x5 hammer curls 35x10 50x10x3 leg extension 10 plates x12x4 leg curls 10 plates x12x4 pull ups well these were assisted but who cares i did 4 sets for i don't konw how many
block pulls suck but they went good, all but when we went up to 725 and it was stapled to the blocks

yea 675 felt really good, so we threw a quarter on there and go to pull and the middle of the bar pulls but the ends are glued to the blocks. the only good thing is, is that every week i feel better and better about my deadlift

bench barx10 135x10 225x5 315x5 3 board 405x5 3 board old rage x on 515x3 3 board cg 605x3 3 board cg 700x1 3 board cg 700x1 3 board cg band push downs for alot of reps and sets band flies for alot of reps and sets wrist roller both ways with a plate both ways with 2 plates both ways with 3 plates, well half i guess.
tonight my pec was feeling better so i went up a bit higher with the weight. 700 felt like a ton in my hand, but then again i haven't had anything heavy in my hands in awhile.
