Where I hurt it the other day, it's ok. It is bugging me abit in the usual place but it will be ok.

7/13/09 Wt:238
Straight bar squats on 10" box. Raw.
415x2
505x1
555x1
630x1 pr! I will have a vid up later.
sled drags-3 sets
ghr-2 sets

Very pleased with my pr today. Going on very little sleep the last 3 day, working third is killing me and the OT. So with my 1.5 hrs of sleep today it is even a bigger deal to me to drive thru a pr.

Wow!!!! Everyone was on tonight......Brandon and Jake hit 800 with straps down on regular squat. Rob T. hit his first 505 regular squat, raw and to depth. And Timmy hit 455 with breifs on for a regular squat. Great job by GSB!!!!

U might want to have a shoulder day that focuses on strengthening and rehabbing your shoulder and drop DE bench. The stronger and healthier your shoulder becomes then you will be able to bench some weight.

Thanks for the advice. I believe that I am doing the things lately that will pay off. Also, I am doing a lot more shoulder and rehab work then I mention. I might incorporate a few more things as well. But, I agree with you.

Warming up and going up by 10's wore me out. Pitiful, I know. I think this was productive though. Trying to do the smart thing. Hopefully it pays off at the meet.

great benching Hulk. You are looking good. Listen to your shoulders if they start talking to you. Rehab and rest those shoulders. You will be fine in time..
