How you like those hanging band benches? Looks like they'd be a lot harder to stabilize than normal band benching, which I guess is the point.
I need to try them sometime.

Thanks Fellas. An to answer you question ME days is for me to get a new 1 rep max in a certain lift. DE is to improve my speed and do upper body accessory work.
