Raw BP 275x3,4 Incline DB 40x10 Tri pushdown 2x10 Lying back extension x 5reps x 3 secs each
Back feels better, but a few months before any spinal load bearing exercises

My rehab workout for the next few weeks, no spinal compression for at least a month.

OH Squats are hard on the shoulders, but I was able to do them.
