Cybex Leg Press 12 plates x 8 (I like this, weight moves like pendulum so I can somewhat get some speed work)

Tweeked Lumbar spine on rep 2 at lockout, lockedout too fast, lumbar did not stay arched, hips tucked under, sprained lower back. Moral of story : EVERYONE MENTIONS TO ARCH HARD WHEN HITTING DEPTH, BUT IF YOU LOSE YOUR ARCH AT TOP WHEN DOING LIGHT/SPEED WORK YOU CAN DO DAMAGE TO YOUR LUMBAR SPINE.

Lower back still fooked up, no leg drive without pain. Driving 10 hours this past weekend did not help.
