Squat 365x2, 325, 305, 295, 275 (drop set, 15 secs between weight drops) repeated for 2 sets Cybex Leg Press 12 plates x 8 (I like this, weight moves like pendulum so I can somewhat get some speed work) KB swings 40#x10,10 Box jumps 24"x10,10 GHRx8

Tweeked Lumbar spine on rep 2 at lockout, lockedout too fast, lumbar did not stay arched, hips tucked under, sprained lower back. Moral of story : EVERYONE MENTIONS TO ARCH HARD WHEN HITTING DEPTH, BUT IF YOU LOSE YOUR ARCH AT TOP WHEN DOING LIGHT/SPEED WORK YOU CAN DO DAMAGE TO YOUR LUMBAR SPINE.

Raw BP 275x3,4 DB Incline 55x8, 70x8,8 Shoulder press x8,8 Tri pushdown x8,8,8
Lower back still fooked up, no leg drive without pain. Driving 10 hours this past weekend did not help.
